Pelvic floor - split kneel hip hinge
Kneel on the floor and stretch one leg straight out to the side.
Bend forward at your hips, moving your buttocks back towards your heel.
Squeeze and lift the pelvic floor as you lift your hips off your heels to come up to straighten the hips.
Relax your pelvic floor as you return to the starting position.
