Pelvic Floor Control In Quadruped

In four-point kneeling, back relaxed in a neutral position. Lightly tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Slowly lift one arm forwards and then bring it back down, keeping your pelvic floor muscles supported throughout the exercise.

You can also lift your arm in a controlled manner to the side or lift one leg. The neutral back position and pelvic floor support should remain.
