Peroneal Nerve, Ankle Tensioner (SLR Position)

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your hip in flexion, adduction and internal rotation, and your knee extended.

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from ankle plantar flexion and inversion to ankle dorsiflexion and eversion. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.
