Peroneal nerve mobilisation long sitting - level 2 ('Neurodynamics' Peroneal nerve, sitting legs straight - level 2)

Sit up straight with both of your legs bent.
You may want to tuck your unaffected leg underneath you.
Straighten your affected leg out, turn your foot inwards.
Simultaneously raise your head to look up at the ceiling.
Bend your leg back in towards you, relaxing your foot and dropping your chin to your chest.
Repeat the motion, gliding your nerve.
