Peroneal nerve mobilisation supine - level 2 ('Neurodynamics' Peroneal nerve, supine - level 2)

Lie on your back with your affected leg bent.
Interlink your fingers behind your thigh, and turn your foot inwards.
Slowly straighten your knee until you feel a gentle tension in your nerve.
At this point, simultaneously bend your knee a little whilst relaxing your foot, and lift your chin to your chest.
Repeat the motion, lowering your head while raising your leg.
