Peroneal nerve mobilization (slider)

Stand on one leg bending your knee and pulling your big toe upwards.

Straighten and bend your knee while moving your big toe. When the knee is bent the big toe is up and when the knee is straight the big toe is down.

The exercise should be performed painlessly. The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
