Pilates leg pull supine level 2

Sit upright with your legs straight out and held together.
Extend your arms out behind you with your hands flat on the floor and your fingers facing to the front.
Lift your pelvis off the mat and move your body into the Back Support position.
EXHALE: lift your leg straight and point it upwards
INHALE: lower the leg down
Perform the required number of repetitions and then change legs.
Maintain a nice straight line through your body with your head aligned with your spine, and keep your trunk stable while raising and lowering your leg.
