Lie in the prone position with your chest raised and your arms out stretched just off the mat.
Keep your legs together and pressing down onto the mat.
INHALE: alternate lifting your right and left arms for 5 changes
EXHALE: alternate lifting your left and right arms for 5 changes
Keep alternating your arms with your legs anchored to the mat.
