Sit upright with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor with your arms outstretched and palms facing inwards.
Stretch your arms out forward with your palms facing inwards.
Lift both leg off the mat so your shins are parallel to the floor, keep your knees together.
EXHALE: roll down your upper body with your arms reaching forward
INHALE: roll up back to the starting position.
Keep your legs still and your shins parallel to the floor as you lower and raise your trunk.
