Sit upright on the mat with your arms stretching to the front with your palms facing inwards.
Bend your knees and extend your legs outwards at a 45 degree angle to the mat, balancing your body in the “V” shape position.
EXHALE: lower your legs, raising your arms upwards simultaneously.
INHALE: raise your legs back up, lowering your arms.
Keep your body stable and your back flat while lowering and raising your legs.
