Piriformis stretch in supine (against wall) ("Figure 4" Piriformis/gluteals stretch, supine, foot on wall; 02)

Lie on your back and place your feet on a wall.
Make sure your knees and hips are at 90 degrees.
Place the outside of one ankle just above the knee of your other.
You should feel a stretch in your buttock.
Increase the stretch by gently pressing your knee away with your hand.
If this is too much, move yourself further away from the wall.
If this is not enough move yourself closer to the wall.
