Plantar flexion stretch kneeling (Ankle plantar flexion tibialis anterior stretch, sitting to heel, leg on table, standing)

Stand on your unaffected leg and place your affected leg on a supportive surface.
Place the top of your foot on the chair with your toes pointed.
Slowly lower your weight down onto your affected foot to stretch the front of the foot.
Hold this position.
