Plyometric - lateral step up and over (Jumping side to side, with one foot on step, quickly)

Stand up straight with a step to one side.
Place your inside foot onto the step and sink your buttocks backwards into a mini squat position.
When ready, jump up, rapidly moving your leg on the step onto the ground on the other side.
Land with your other leg on the step.
Immediately return to the start position by reversing the movement, spending as little time in contact with the ground as possible.
Use your arms to maintain your balance.
Your upper body should remain centered throughout this exercise.
Repeat at pace.
