Plyometric - narrow sagittal switch overs (scissor legs) (Jumping, scissor legs/arms, quickly, narrow // lines)

Stand up straight between two narrow line markers.
Using your arms to generate momentum, jump up and land lightly with one foot on each line before immediately springing back into the air and switching your legs over.
Repeat rapidly.
