PNF Shoulder Pattern (D2)

Lie on your back with legs bent and feet on the floor. The arm you are exercising is rotated with your thumb pointing downwards over the opposite side hip. The other arm is by your side, relaxed.

Lift the arm above your head. At the same time, rotate the arm so that the palm is facing inwards. Then, return to the starting position.
