Posterior chain wide-leg hip hinge ("Hip hinge, standing (wide)" Posterior chain strengthening, arms overhead)

Stand with your legs wide apart and arms overhead by your ears.
Keeping your back straight and arms strong, push your hips back and lean your chest slightly forwards, pushing your hips further back as you do this.
Keep the back and arms in line as you straighten back up.
