Posterior shoulder myofascial release with ball - version 2
Lie on your side with a ball behind your shoulder near your armpit. Arm straight in front of you and elbow bent.
Find a tender spot and add some pressure by leaning against the ball. Turn your arm inwards (palm downwards) and outwards (palm upwards) so that the ball massages the muscles behind your shoulder.
