Powerbag chest press ("Chest press" Shoulder/chest strengthening, with powerbag, supine)

Lie face up on the mat with the Powerbag at your shoulders.
Keep your feet, hips and shoulders on the floor.
Press the bag straight up over your shoulders.
Lower the Powerbag, keeping your elbows close to the body until your upper arms touch the floor.
