Pregnancy Adductor Butterfly Stretch (Supported)
Begin sitting with bent knees out to the sides and soles of feet touching or slightly overlapped.
Support the knees with pillows. Relax into this position feeling the stretch along the inner thighs. To increase the stretch, gently press down on the knees and hold.
