Pregnancy adductor leg raise level 1 (Hip adduction strengthening, lifting straight leg, side lying (top leg in front); 03)
Lie on your side and bring your top leg forwards supported on a cushion.
Lie with your bottom leg stretched straight out and in line with your body.
Tighten your pelvic floor and lower stomach muscles.
Lift your lower leg a few inches off the floor.
Control the movement as you lower your leg back down and then repeat.
