Pregnancy Bird Dog - Leg lifts

Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips.
Make sure your back is flat.
Gently tighten your pelvic floor and stomach muscles.
Slowly slide your leg out behind you, lifting it up into the air.
Slide your leg back into the starting position and then repeat with the other leg.
Ensure you keep your back and hips still throughout this exercise.
