Pregnancy forward stretch in standing (Shoulder extensors latissimus dorsi stretch, hands on table, standing; 02)

Stand up straight facing a secure surface such as a table or kitchen top.
Place both hands on the surface and slowly lean forward, bending at your hips until your head is between your arms.
Hold this position.
Use your arms to help you return to the upright position.
