PROM shoulder flexion to 90 degrees (Shoulder flexion to 90° PROM, sitting)
Sit up straight in a chair with your palms resting on your thighs.
Grasp the wrist of your arm to be lifted firmly with your other hand.
Keeping your back straight, lift your arm straight up in front of you using the effort of your supporting hand.
Stop when you reach shoulder height.
Control the movement as you lower your arm back down, and then repeat.
