PROM thumb CMC joint flexion (Thumb radial adduction (flexion) PROM, palm neutral)

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table, with your forearm on its side.
Use your opposite hand to support the base of your thumb, stretching the thumb towards the table.
Hold this position in a stretch before relaxing your thumb.
