PROM thumb flexion (Thumb radial adduction (flexion) PROM, palm up)

PROM thumb flexion (Thumb radial adduction (flexion) PROM, palm up)

Start in a seated position, with your forearm resting on the table and your affected hand facing palm-up.
Use your other hand to firmly hold onto your affected thumb and then try to move it across to the other side of your palm and back.
Relax and repeat.
