Prone back extension - passing a weight
Lie on your front with your arms straight over your head with a weight in your hand.
Lift your head and chest off the floor as far as you can using the strength of your lower and upper back muscles.
Lower both arms by your side and pass the weight to the opposite hand.
Raise your arms above your head again carrying the weight by one arm.
Repeat the movement.
