Prone hip extension with knee bent - hold (Hip extension, leg bent in prone; 02)

Lie on your front with your head relaxed.
Bend one knee to 90 degrees.
Tighten your buttock muscle, and lift your leg up, pushing you heel up towards the ceiling.
Hold this position.
