Prone hip extension with knee bent - Version 2

Lie on your front with your leg straight.
Bend your affected leg to a right angle.
Keeping your hips flat on the table, push your heel up towards the ceiling, using your buttock muscles to generate the movement.
Control the movement back down to the bed and repeat.
