Prone knee bend, Knee Tensioner

Starting position:
Lie face down with one knee bent

Assistant / therapist manually moves the knee from flexion into extension while manually stabilising the hip and pelvis. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
