Prone knee bend, Thigh Slider

Starting position:
Lie face down with one knee flexed

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from hip extension and knee extension to hip flexion and knee flexion. Try to keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
