Prone leg curl (machine)

Lie on your stomach on a leg curl machine, with your legs straight.
The pad of the lever should be adjusted to rest at the bottom of your calf near your ankle.
Using one leg at a time, bend your knee and pull your heel towards your glutes.
Hold briefly and then return back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
