Prone lying ("Prone lying" Anterior chain/spine stretch; 01)

Lie down on a mat and just lie on your front.
Remain in this position.
This will stretch your upper back, your abdominal muscles and the front of your hips and thighs, plus the front of your ankles.
Place a pillow under your tummy if this is too much of a stretch.
