Prone on a stability ball, circle movements ('Baby development' Tummy time, circles on stability ball, prone)
Kneel on the floor holding your baby with the gym ball in front of you.
Lie your baby on their front over the ball.
Support them around the hips, pelvis or thighs depending on their requirement.
Roll your baby forwards, away from you.
Then roll your baby around to one side and then back to you.
Continue your circle by rolling round to the other side and then forwards.
Repeat in the other direction.
