Prone over a peanut ball ('Child development' Weight bearing, through arms, prone over peanut ball)
Start on your knees with the ball sideways in front of you.
Place your arms over the ball.
Lift your knees off the floor and push your body forwards over the ball.
Place your hands down onto the floor in front of you.
The feet may come off of the floor.
Hold this position.
Roll back onto your knees.
Required equipment: Stability Ball, Assistant
