Prone scapular retraction on ball (Scapular retraction strengthening, lifting bent arms, prone over a stability ball)
Place the ball underneath the abdomen and get into a balanced position.
Squeeze the shoulder blades together so the elbows point up towards the ceiling.
Hold this position, then relax and repeat.
The key is to use the muscles between your shoulder blades when squeezing them together.
