Prone scapular retraction with alternate elbow lift (Scapular retraction stabilization, with shoulder internal rotation, prone)
Lie on your front with your forehead on a towel.
Place your hands by the side of your head.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together, lifting your shoulders away from the floor.
Hold this position while you lift alternate elbows up.
Control the movement as you lower back down to the starting position.
