Prone Upper Back Extension

Lie on your stomach, with your arms out to your side with elbows bent.
Slightly raise your upper body and arms off the floor.
Hold the position and keep your hands higher than your elbows.
Then, in turns, straighten your arms to an overhead position and bend back to the starting position.

Note: Keep your chin tucked in.
