Prone weight bearing through arms and weight shifting - over foam roller ('Baby development' Weight bearing, through arms, prone over roller)
Place your baby over a roll so that their hands are on the floor.
Lift their legs off the floor so that there is more weight through their arms.
Place some toys on the floor in front, and gently roll your baby forwards.
They should start to shift more weight onto one arm as they reach with the other.
Required equipment: Mat, Foam Roller, Assistant
