Pull downs with resistance in standing with lunge

Attach resistance tubing securely overhead, such as over the top of a door.
Stand and hold the ends of the resistance tubing.
When ready, step backward with one foot and drop into a lunge position with your arms above your head.
Keep your arms straight as you pull down on the resistance tubing and return to a standing position, with your feet together.
Repeat.
