Push up on stability ball
Start in a plank position with your hands on a stability ball and both knees on the ground.
Bend your elbows and slowly bring your chest down towards the ball.
Push back up to the starting position.
During this movement ensure your back stays flat and there is a straight line from your head to your feet.
