Start in a push-up position, on your hands and toes, body in a straight line.
Place your hands on a step at the top of a push-up position.
Perform a push-up by bending your arms and bringing your chest towards the step and then push back up to the starting position.
Then roll over, staying on your hands and feet, body in a straight line, but facing the ceiling.
Bend and then straighten your elbows to perform a dip.
Then roll back to the starting position.
Repeat the sequence alternating the direction of turn.
One repetition is performing the sequence in both directions.
