Quadriceps stretch on table (Quadriceps stretch, leg on table, standing; 01)

Bring the knee of you affected leg up onto a higher surface such as a bed, table or sofa.
Hold the top of your foot, or use a belt to assist if this is too difficult.
Pull your heel towards your buttock until you feel the stretch through the front of the thigh muscle and into your hip.
