Quadriceps Stretch on Table (Quadriceps stretch, leg on table, standing; 02)

Put your knee up on the table. Lean into your leg, grabbing hold of the foot if you can. Lean forward, and you should feel a stretch through the hip and the quadricep muscle of the bent knee on the table. If you can't reach your foot, you can use a towel or a belt to help pull the foot towards you.
