Quadriceps stretching in lunge position

Kneeling on the leg to be stretched.
Hold the ankle with the opposite hand while supporting your upper body with the other hand.
Stretch your leg by pressing the hip towards the floor.
Feel the stretching in the front of your thigh.
Hold the position and relax.

Required equipment: Mat, Wobble cushion / foam
