Quadruped Dumbbell Row with Neck and Trunk Rotation
On your hands and knees, hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
Hold a dumbbell in one hand.
Pull your elbow up and move your shoulder blade back towards the spine, allowing your neck and upper back to rotate along the movement.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
