Quick feet - two taps forwards and backwards - leading with left foot ('Footwork' Quick stepping, over a line, forward/backward (2 taps), left foot leading)

Stand up straight behind a line on the floor.
Stay light on the balls of your feet as you cross the line with your left foot, closely followed by your right foot.
Take a step on the spot with each foot before crossing backwards over the line to your start position.
Continue this process taking two steps either side of the line.
