Radial deviation with weight - version 2
Sit upright in a chair with your affected arm on a table.
Hold a weight in your hand and move the hand over the edge of the table.
Allow the hand to drop down over the edge of the table with the thumb upmost.
Lift the hand up, leading with the thumb, ensuring your forearm stays in contact with the table.
Control the movement as you lower the weight back down, and repeat the movement.
Required equipment: Bench, Dumbbell, Weights, free
