Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder blade depressed down, your shoulder abducted and extended back and internally rotated, your elbow flexed and palm facing down (pronated) with wrist flexed and deviated away from the thumb (ulnar deviation) and your fingers flexed in a fist with the thumb tucked in.
Assitant / therapist manually moves the elbow between extension and flexion. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.
The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.
