Radial Nerve, Wrist and Thumb Slider

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder blade depressed down, your shoulder abducted and extended back and internally rotated, your elbow flexed with palm facing down (pronated), and your fingers and thumb flexed.

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from elbow extended and thumb extended to elbow flexed and thumb flexed. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.
