Radial nerve glide - hand behind back ('Neurodynamics' Radial nerve - hand behind back, standing)

Stand up straight with your affected arm by your side.
Depress your shoulder on this side as much as you can.
Reach your affected arm behind your back until you can grasp your wrist with your other hand.
Bend your wrist upwards so that your palm faces towards the elbow of the same arm.
Relax your wrist and your forearm if needed, and repeat the movement.
