Resisted alternate hip abduction (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the floor, and ensure the brakes are applied.
If possible shuffle your buttocks to the edge of your chair.
Bring your legs together then tie a resistance band around your knees under moderate tension.
When ready, keep your feet together and one knee still as you push your other knee into the resistance of the band.
Return to the start position, and repeat with your other leg.
